
TIFFANY QUACH, ESQ.
Ms. Quach is an experienced Harvard Law- and Stanford-educated attorney and advises companies on matters relating to technology, software licensing, artificial intelligence, privacy & data security, cybersecurity, intellectual property, consumer protection, marketing & advertising, and commercial contracts.
She acts as outside General Counsel for a number of start-up & emerging companies. Prior to co-founding Lucia Law, Ms. Quach practiced at the BigLaw firms Morrison & Foerster, LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP in New York for 7 years.
Legal 500 has recognized her as a “Rising Star” in Cyber Law (2019 and 2020), and Best Lawyers has recognized her as a “One to Watch” in Technology Law (2021).
She brings substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to technology transactions, intellectual property and licensing. She helps clients assess legal obligations and risks associated with collection and use of data and AI, and comply with legal requirements and industry standards related to privacy and data security, digital marketing, consumer outreach and the Internet, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
She also represents cybersecurity insurance policy-holders whose incidents or data breaches have been denied coverage.
Ms. Quach holds the CIPP/U & CIPP/E certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
