TIFFANY QUACH, ESQ.

Ms. Quach is an experienced Harvard Law- and Stanford-educated attorney and advises companies on matters relating to technology, software licensing, artificial intelligence, privacy & data security, cybersecurity, intellectual property, consumer protection, marketing & advertising, and commercial contracts.

She acts as outside General Counsel for emerging companies. Prior to co-founding Lucia Law, Ms. Quach practiced at the BigLaw firms Morrison & Foerster, LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP in New York for 7 years and worked at Google.

She routinely drafts & negotiates commercial agreements related to technology transactions, intellectual property and licensing, including SaaS & API agreements.

 

She provides product counseling on the development, commercialization & use of technology products & services, including AI systems & AI-enabled products.

She helps clients assess legal obligations & risks associated with collection & use of data, and comply with legal requirements & industry standards related to privacy & data security under US & international frameworks (including CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA & GDPR), and marketing & consumer outreach (including TCPA). 

 

She supports clients with documentation & operational readiness for SOC & similar frameworks, incident response planning, and compliance with contractual & regulatory data security requirements. She also represents cybersecurity insurance policy-holders whose incidents or data breaches have been denied coverage.

Ms. Quach holds the CIPP/U & CIPP/E certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
